1. Scope of Services
Hana Coaching provides executive coaching, board advisory, and leadership development services. All engagements are customized and confidential.
We do not offer legal, financial, or medical advice. Any strategic guidance is based on professional experience and client context.
2. Client Responsibilities
To ensure meaningful outcomes, clients agree to:
Show up prepared and on time for scheduled sessions
Communicate openly and respectfully
Provide accurate information relevant to the engagement
We reserve the right to reschedule or decline services if these standards are not met.
3. Confidentiality
All coaching conversations, materials, and shared documents are treated with strict confidentiality. We do not disclose client information without written consent, unless required by law.
4. Payment & Cancellation
Payment terms are outlined in your engagement agreement or invoice
Sessions may be rescheduled with at least 24 hours’ notice
Late cancellations or no-shows may be billed at full rate
We aim to be flexible, but also honor the time and preparation invested in each session.
5. Intellectual Property
All content, frameworks, and materials shared during coaching or advisory work remain the property of Hana Coaching unless otherwise agreed.
Clients may use materials for internal purposes but may not reproduce, distribute, or publish them without permission.
6. Website Use
By using our website, you agree not to:
Copy or republish any content without permission
Attempt to access restricted areas or interfere with site functionality
Use our contact forms for unsolicited marketing
We reserve the right to update or restrict access to our site at any time.
7. Limitation of Liability
Hana Coaching is not liable for decisions made or actions taken based on coaching or advisory conversations. Our role is to support, guide, and challenge—not to direct or guarantee outcomes.
